Sometimes, having a consistent creative activity can really help when you’re not feeling great. For me, making something with my hands helps me focus on the moment. It really feels like I’m turning my worries into something beautiful.

On days when that feels like too much, I’ll switch it up with something fun, like reorganizing my bookshelf by colour or resetting the layout of my video game. It’s surprising how refreshing it can feel to create a new vibe, even in small ways.
Connect with Someone
